What a course of TMS looks like

A typical acute course is a series of in-office sessions over several weeks. Each session lasts roughly 20–40 minutes. You remain awake and can drive yourself home afterward.

Common side effects

TMS is generally well tolerated. The most common side effects are mild scalp discomfort or headache during the first few sessions, which usually resolve as treatment continues.

Location and availability

TMS is offered in person at our Riverview, Florida clinic. It is not available via telehealth. During your initial consultation we'll review your history, previous treatments, and goals to determine whether TMS is appropriate for you.
